Ready to get that stick in top shape?
Players will get high intensity, repetition within a small field. Program is run by our experienced Laxachusetts Girls Coaching Staff! Players will start the session off with intense stickwork and small space drill of the week to help continue to grow lacrosse IQ! All players should bring stick, goggles, mouthguard, cleats and water!
There is a limited number of players per age group. All players will receive a training pinnie!
Magnitude Speed Training will help your athlete learn to use their feet and body appropriately to drive force off the ground in order to create speed and power. Each week the coaches will work thru concepts of stiffness in the body to help elicit better contact time with the ground, they will utilize drills with repetition to teach the body how to move properly and with control, and each week the kids will be timed at various distances to learn how to “get off the line faster,” but more importantly they will use their own times to compete with themselves to get better.
All Magnitude coaches are trained and certified functional strength coaches and have backgrounds in track and field.
