2021 Fall Speed and Fitness

Join our amazing Strength and Conditioning Coaches for FALL Speed & Fitness!

sessions focused entirely on speed, power, agility, starting/stopping, change of direction and overall endurance.  Sessions will be run by certified functional strength coaches: Ali Winslow, Jenny Gusella and Taylor Clancy  (CFSC) and will involve teaching athletes proper warmup/cool down, mobility, running mechanics, ACL prevention, competitive reaction drills and sprinting drills.
